The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Friday claimed that Hilal Quite, son of former Jammu and Kashmir minister Abdul Rahim Quite, “siphoned off” cash loaned to his firm to splurge on international excursions and purchase private property in India, Dubai and the US.
