French President Emmanuel Macron late Sunday denounced a ‘cowardly” assault on humanitarian employees in Niger and mentioned he would do all the things to make clear the incident by which eight individuals died.
The French chief, who spoke together with his Niger counterpart Mahamadou Issoufou, added that he was decided to assist counter the “terrorist teams within the Sahel area”.
Officers in Niger mentioned six of the eight individuals killed by gunmen on Sunday have been French nationals.
