Defence Minister Rajnath Singh paid flower homages to Mahatma Gandhi at the Indian Embassy in Moscow on Thursday.
Mr Singh showed up here on Wednesday on a three-day check out to participate in an important conference of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO). This is his 2nd see in the over 2 months.
