“Look At Russia, India, The Air Is Filthy”: Trump At Presidential Debate

US President Donald Trump right now claimed that India, China and Russia don’t handle their air, whereas America does, reiterating that he withdrew from the Paris local weather accord as it might have made it a “non-competitive nation”.

“China air is filthy. India does not handle its air. Russia does not handle its air. However we do,” he stated through the televised debate with Democratic White Home challenger Joe Biden.

India is the fourth highest emitter of carbon dioxide on this planet, accounting for 7 per cent of world emissions in 2017, in accordance with the projection by the International Carbon Mission revealed in December, 2018.

The highest 4 emitters in 2017, which coated 58 per cent of world emissions, had been China (27 per cent), the US (15 per cent), the European Union (10 per cent) and India (7 per cent), it stated.
